5th European Sustainable Phosphorus Conference (ESPC5)

8 - 10 October

Lleida, Spain

The European Sustainable Phosphorus Conferences (ESPC) are unique events bringing together companies, stakeholders, regional and national authorities, innovation and researchers, to discuss phosphorus and nutrients sustainability actions and policies. This year, FlashPhos will be giving two presentations at ESPC5, the follow-up event to the world’s largest phosphorus conference ESPC4.

The fifth European Sustainable Phosphorus Conference 2024 in Lleida, Spain, offers a unique platform for experts and stakeholders to collaborate, share insights, and shape the future of sustainable phosphorus management in the Mediterranean context. By addressing the four key points – organic agriculture, water reuse, eutrophication & P budgeting, and energy transition – the conference seeks to drive positive change and contribute to a more sustainable future for the region and beyond. The private sector experiences and the latest research on the topic will be complemented with site visits to biorefinery pilots in the region.
