On October 7, the FlashPhos consortium gathered for its General Assembly to share the latest project results and progress updates.
Discussions focused on the final preparations for the first trials with the FlashReactor and the construction of the Refiner, which is currently being assembled. The last components are being delivered, and several technical works are still ongoing on the reactors. The meeting also featured first insights into the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and the integration of the FlashPhos process into the cement industry – a crucial step towards closing the process loop and reducing industrial CO₂ emissions.
