Based on current global developments, the production of secondary fertilizers as an alternative to conventional fertilizer production is becoming increasingly urgent. In Germany, processes in the field of phosphorus recovery are undergoing constant further development: large-scale plants are increasingly coming onto the market. An important component is the exchange of technical experience and the joint development of a nationwide strategy for sewage sludge supply security and phosphorus recovery. The platform P-RÜCK provides a structured, centrally networked exchange of information, knowledge and experience in the field of sewage sludge supply safety and P-recovery in Baden-Württemberg, Germany.

P-RÜCK was organized under the patronage of the Ministry of the Environment Baden-Württemberg the 8th congress “PHOSPHOR – A CRITICAL RAW MATERIAL WITH A FUTURE” to support municipalities, authorities, engineering offices, research institutions and industry in the best possible way with the upcoming challenges and to present current developments.
