On July 24, the FlashPhos Work Package Leaders met online for a Project Steering Committee to exchange updates, align on challenges, and define next steps.
A key point of discussion was the FlashPhos pilot plant: We are gearing up for the first test runs – most main components are already installed, and only a few more key steps remain before commissioning can start soon.
